1. The interweaving between the warp and weft threads of the net is not robust and tight. When the fingers are moved up and down several times, the warp and weft threads will have apparent loose displacement.

2. Stainless steel filters open up in the future and appear as serious roll-ups. In addition, if the mesh standard is greater than or equal to 0.18mm, the natural tortuous diameter of a stainless steel filter mesh with a length of 1m is less than 80cm, and the mesh standard is less than 0.18mm, a stainless steel filter mesh with a length of 1m with a natural meander diameter of less than 60mm shall be regarded Failed.

3. The network is severely skewed, and after professional measurement, the latitude and longitude of stainless steel filters are not straighter than 4 degrees.

4. In the inspection process, there is a large area of creases on the surface of the mesh, and these creases should also be judged to be unqualified when they cannot be restored to the flat condition after passing through the wire mesh and pressure countermeasures.

5. If there is a large mesh hole difference between the longitudes, it should be regarded as unqualified.

6. Large area density is poor.

7. Check if the net surface is uneven or not. If you look closely, see if there is a large-faced appearance of running and weft.

8. The diameter of the warp and weft threads exceeds the allowable plan.

If the stainless steel filter mesh you buy is a substandard product, the process is not up to standard.The contents of metallic chromium and other additives are insufficient, and no solution treatment has been performed.
